It's a nice cafe with choice of vegetarian items, snacks, drinks and many kinds of coffee to choose from. There are two sitting area's. Many other things going on at this place.

Interesting cafe in Kitchener with lots of space to sit down, enjoy some food and coffee, get some work done or have a meeting. They have a bunch of bookshelves that customers have access to. Service is friendly and fast. Very chill atmosphere and plenty of seating.

QSC is such an amazing community space for KW. It's always a treat to visit and eat some delicious food. Its heartwarming knowing that by supporting them, you're supporting the community and its disadvantaged members

Adorable coffee shop that also serves food. They have tons of tables and outlets, with a shelf of books and crafts for sale. I love their mission to help people and association with The Working Centre. 10/10 would support again.

I love this place. It is SUCH an important spot in Kitchener. It is welcoming, affordable and an absolute necessity to this community. The food is GREAT and it is a perfect place to sit down and get some work done. I have nothing but good things to say, and it's one of the reasons why I am glad I live downtown.

A great choice of healthy food, along with a sweet treat or two. Experience the funky, creative, and tasty side of downtown Kitchener. The chickpea burger was a revelation.

I can't recommend this place highly enough. They offer a genuinely inclusive space, with nutritious & affordable vegetarian food that says eating well should not be a luxury. As the rest of downtown rapidly gentrifies, the Commons is truly one of the last spaces (aside from the KPL) for all people, regardless of their socioeconomic status. You don't even need to buy something to exist here. They offer a place for community forums, for artisans to display & sell their wares, and they are interconnected to a variety of social programs. This place is the beating heart of downtown Kitchener, and I hope never to see it go.

I love eating here. The staff are very helpful and the food is always good. This place serves great vegetarian food at a low price. It is run by the working center that also run many more community programs. Such as recycle cycle and a job center that you can get help with resumes.

Cheap food, good coffee, and big structural karmatic boosts.

This place refreshes my faith in humanity. It represents everything that community run business/operation should aspire to be. When I went there, the staff were training a young employee how to prepare the meal and providing important life skills. The atmosphere is great with books to read and lots of space. The food is also excellent and at a great price. Finally, the food is made in consideration of broader environmental and cultural factors (vegetarian menu prepared during techniques from around the world).
