Good for those comfort food cravings when nothing will do but an overstuffed burrito.

Make sure to check your order before you leave. Just my luck that they usually miss something and I don’t realize until I get home. My orders aren’t complicated so how does someone forget something as simple as SOUR CREAM...Might be a while before I go back.

At counter cashier was exceptionally rude while attempting to order.

They said all of the vegetables are cooked in with the meat, and there was no way to get a burrito without vegetables. Also, the employee seemed like she didnt want to be there and was almost completely unfriendly. Everything was really clean though.

It's ok service is not the best sumtimes

The cashier left her drawer open and drive through window open, and walked away. She was a little thing to, If I was a big guy, or anyone else, I could of easily robbed her. Not smart lady!🤔😡Other then that food was good!

Its 5am it says opened but no one is answering the phone or the drive through great employees...

This is the only one I can go to, super sweet to me every time I come in. They always repeat the order. Since I’m allergic to avocado a lot of the Vivas in Tucson don’t listen. But never have a problem with this store. If they make a mistake they are always are sweet and kind to us, We come back and always say sorry to us but we are all human we make mistakes. Never go to the viva on 22nd they are very rude just come to this location. It’s clean I never wait more then 5 minutes which is amazing. If it’s super busy the longest I waited was 10 minutes which is understanding. My food was amazing the hot sauce was delicious not to mild but not too hot. Everything was fresh and yummy to my tummy thank you viva team. Bonus they are open 24/7

So I just left here went home to find a completely different burrito then I ordered I call them back she’s rude as ever talking about she personally made my husbands burrito that has no tomatoes which he ordered and she says she made it when she never left the front counter. Terrible customer service from your front desk night girl!

Awful Location compared to their other locations. They are stingy with the sauce only giving you one, not asking which one you want. Then they have the audacity to Charge you extra for more. Avoid this location. Burrito sizes are inconsistent and you get better service at another location for just driving a few minutes more to get to another location. Oh and this is the only location where they have system issues. No one carries cash, enjoy losing 80% of your consumer base
