Que Huong Vietnamese Restaurant

I'm still trying to figure out if the name is a back-handed slap in the face or just a clever play on phonics. Either way, this hole in the wall restaurant has the goods on Pho. All the ingredients seems fresh and for take out, they separate the broth and fresh ingredients so that the soup is freshly made when you combine them for eating.The only downside I've experienced here is that sometimes it takes a little longer than I'd expect to get the food, but it's worth the wait.

I truly enjoyed the meal in this restaurant. It was my first time at Vietnamese restaurant and i truly enjoy the experience. The food was light and delicious.

This is my favorite pho place in the Birmingham area, but unfortunately they’ve been locking their doors up to 45 minutes early before close. This is really disappointing because the food here is so good. There were three other groups of people trying to get, too. I want to give this place five stars but obviously the customer service skills are lacking.
