absolutely wonderful staff fast service hot food straight out the pan in the in the lady that took me and my wife's order was absolutely amazing I will continue to come here every time I'm hungry

Qdoba is a great place for anyone wanting Mexican food and friendly staff. The place was very neat and the employees were kind and helpful. Very good service, and delicious food too!

It was my first time eating at the Richmond QDoba and I took my bestie for a girls day out treat and she had never ate there. It was clean and the food was delicious and served hot. The staff were polite and gave my friend recommendations on fillings for her quesadilla. That was great customer service on their part. I will be back again. I'm sold on it.

This qdoba could 1. Use a facelift and most importantly 2. Use a good cleaning in the dining room. The drink station was so dirty that the straws at the bottom of the bin were sticky and soggy from evaporated soda. It looked like it hadn’t been maintained in some time. If the dining room is that bad, what does the prep area look like in the back?

It's good food. I am not a big rice person. They use a lot of rice in food/Buritos.

Can't read the menu from the counter, no table menus available. Staff not all that pleased to be there?!? It is a service industry. For the price, the experience could improve. I believe it comes down from the top, owner/ manager responsibility!
