Qdoba Mexican Grill

Their food tastes the best out of the other qdobas we have visited.

I would give 5 stars but sometimes they get super busy and they seem to just forget that people can order online and then you still end up waiting for your food and may not get everything you asked for if they don't have somebody cooking

It seems like the food used to be better here but maybe it's just me. I don't care for the way the burritos are made with only being able to bite a small part at a time you wind up with entire bites of sour cream etc. Just would be nice if it wasn't just globbed all together like that. Many bites of just rice and tortilla and a couple of just meat and that's your burrito. Seems like there's probably a better way.

I absolutely love the food and the all the salsas however it is very expensive compared to going to a Mexican restaurant. Also I always forget to bring in my rewards card and the cashier will say no problem I will print a code on your receipt but it is never actually on the receipt. The last 3 times I have caught it I went back to the register and I was told the system must be down and they couldn't do anything about it. VERY irritating since I eat here so often.

The Madison East location is a go-to for lunch during the work day. We just had them cater the chicken hot bar for 20 at our house and it was great. They deliver the racks, sternos, bowls, forks, napkins and plenty of salsas and sour cream. I recommend adding queso to everything!!!

Good food. Employees need to learn basic customer service skills. You know the simple stuff like hi how are you? What can I get you? Thanks for coming in. Needs to work on costumer service

Good food at a reasonable price. I am enjoying the option to have impossible burger in my burrito! Service is quick. A great option for a quick bite, and usually a snack later, portions are sizeable. It's a good fit for people of various diets as well. Having the options to pick what is in your meal makes it easy for a group of picky eaters of various types.

The employees should be more pleasant and welcoming. Asked for something to take our 2 half burritos and our queso&chips...she just looked at me, so I said a bag or something and she handed me a tiny paper that ripped by the time I got to the car! Wont be going to that store any more.

I like that you can add whatever combinations of toppings for no extra charge, including guacamole.
