QDOBA Mexican Eats

I went inside this establishment to inquire about my company delivering their catered food she told me that she needed a courier service and she told me to fill out all the paperwork I did that she said she would have work for me starting that following week 2 weeks went by she never called so I went to another store and she I guess she had to be the one to do it because I had even never been in this restaurant before until I went to talk to her about delivering her food it was in their system to not use my company cuz that's what the university store said even though we need a courier service and I system it says don't use this company and I don't know why she would put that kind of word out about my company I thought that was very rude and unprofessional of her she never called me to deliver anything for her and when I tried to call her back and when I told her who I was she said ma'am I'm busy I will return your call if I get a chance later but she never called back

If less then one star was available, I would select it. DO NOT go to this place. The customer service and management are at the lowest level. Do yourself a favor and find a different option.

Great food but the entire place smells very strongly like a cigarette which doesn’t go well with trying to eat inside

Just ok for regular Mexican food.

Most of the employees know I'm a regular being that I work nearby. Always an enjoyable experience, great customer service!

Food is always good here, but I was a little dissatisfied this time. Got the chicken burrito. Not very much chicken and it was dry. It was 730ish and it looked like it had been there for a couple of hours. I said something about it and the gentleman said they had just cooked it a few minutes earlier.

It was clean staff was nice. The food was priced a little high and bland. Left hungry.

Was great food sweet tea was very good.fast service.

The employees where friendly and patient with me and my indecisive self..lol ordered chicken quesadilla and kids meal taco.. love the fact that guac is not extra

We were just in this restaurant and the staff was so amazing and the food was awesome will definitely return! Haven't had this good of service in a long time!!!

Food was great! I especially love the manager Tonya she was very attentive. She was great with child (picky eater) she told her cheese quesadilla were special grill cheese sandwich. We absolutely love her!!!!

Food was fresh and hot. Manager was engaging and friendly. I think chipotle may be my second choice now. Restaurant has been redecorated.
