We just visited this morning. Such a huge selection of teas and other related items. The nice lady there was so helpful and informative. The prices I felt were pretty reasonable. I look forward to returning but was glad to learn that I can order items and have them shipped. 😊

The homemade soup was delicious, as well as a chicken wrap served with a side dish of fresh mixed berries. Many homemade desserts in the case and great coffee. Prices are very reasonable. Wonderful, attentive service. Love the atmosphere inside with the sofa and fireplace, plenty of tables. Café tables outside as well. Beautiful tea items for sale.

Made plans to meet here at 12 noon on a Sunday with a group of woman. The establishment was not open even though they are supposed to be at 12. We waited until 12:30 with other patrons until we had to take our business elsewhere. When calling to inquire about what occurred a young man answered the phone telling me he was there at noon and 'was not sure'. I advised the doors were locked and it simply was not true. To make a business work, you need to be open. Totally disappointed I drove 40 minutes to stare at the outside of your building.

My husband and I are from Canada and love coming to East Aurora regularly. Yesterday afternoon we went into your establishment for coffee. The gentleman waiting on us seemed preoccupied. We paid for our coffee and I discovered there was no cream. I asked and he said they ran out. What coffee shop runs out of cream!! We found it very expensive, also. He brought out a jug of milk and stood there until we used it. Really?? He acted as if we were bothering him. We were polite and smiled. Never let on we were upset. I will never go back to this establishment. Very poor customer service!!

They make sure you get the most bang for your buck! I absolutely loved the Filter Lids and the taste of the tea. I brewed the tea two more times when I got home (YUM) and then I brewed other teas until the top finally wore out. Love this place!
