Definitely worth a visit! Hidden in a strip mall, this restaurant is gem. The options all sounded so good it was hard to pick! They were very accommodating for gluten free. Ended up splitting an entree and they asked if we wanted to do a split plate charge and we would both get soup or salad. That was perfect and the portion was still pretty large! It was nice to have it already plated split up so nicely! Had the lamb and it was cooked exquisitely. Overall it was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend it if you're looking for fine dining food with a cozy family restaurant setting.

My wife and I split the chicken marsala which was not only delicious but plentiful for two and reasonably priced. Very friendly owners and staff. Highly recommend this restaurant!

Wonderful dinner...from salad to main entree everything was spot on. Sangria to start is a must. Steak cooked to perfection with side sauces to match. Side of potato and onion au gratin was to die for. Our waiter Mike was also quick, courteous and did not forget us.

You know you're in good hands when you tell other vendors your cater is Purple Olive and their immediate response is "Love Purple Olive! Peter is amazing." I planned my wedding from out of state and I definitely wanted to secure a good cater. The Purple Olive is very highly reviewed and I knew if I waited, Peter may be booked for my wedding date. So, I booked Purple Olive without doing any tasting of the food. Best decision ever! My husband and I got a chance to do a tasting a month before the wedding and was able to tweak our menu. Peter was so great with the changes! He even suggested a few things to make our wedding menu even better! Bottom line, Peter is a pleasure to work with and the food is amazing!!

I love this restaurant so much!! The best in town. Last night I had the lamb and my husband had the rib eye. Cooked to perfection with delicious glazes. Great service also, friendly, quick and attentive.The best bread basket and olive oil dipping sauce, and the lobster bisque was so fresh. I have been here several times now and each time is incredible. Recommend it to everyone who asks where a good restaurant in town is. They have a wonderful and varied menu also so there is something for everyone.

Once again location location location, perfect if your staying next door at the RV RESORT, Ocean Grove. Just walk on over, don't drive parking is tight. Four of us went here on 9.26.19 with no reservation, No problem. They were clearly short staffed when it came to waiters/servers. The two main dishes that I believe WITHOUT a doubt that would have been outstanding if they had come out of the kitchen ON time were the Lollipop Lamb chops and the Blackened Scallops. They both came out on very hot plates but the food was not even warm. If they had more servers maybe our food would have come out promptly, hot and flavorful. Otherwise, the place is small, quaint and clean. They have a large menu and offer wines and beers. I would definitely be returning once I confirm they are full staffed.

Absolutely great food. Great staff. Great price. What else could you ask for in a restaurant?
