I didn’t even get to try the food at this place. We went for dinner last night, and we assumed there was a wait and we were fine if that was the case. We enter the restaurant and the person in charge of sitting did not acknowledge our presence. We waited a bit but my friend had to go to her and ask for a table. With out even looking at her she said 35 mins. She was rude. We left and went elsewhere.

Amazing! One of the highlights of our NYC visit. I heard the pork and crab dry noodles were their specialty and it didn't disappoint. My wife is vegan and loved the vegetable steamed dumplings. She also ordered the pad woo sen and enjoyed it as well. The place was clean and the service was excellent. Prices were reasonable ($40 for 2 noodle dishes and appetizer) and good portion sizes. There was a 45 minute wait at 9 pm on a Monday, but totally worth it!

The food at Pure Thai is fantastic. If you are looking for you Thai fix, this is the real deal. They even make their own noodles. The place is always busy, but they are fast and efficient, so the wait is not long.

This place is really delicious! It's not traditional but it's a nice modern take on Thai. The dry noodle dish was the highlight. But the veggie medley is also quite good. My only small criticism is the Thai iced tea was a bit watered down. Expect a bit of a wait but nothing crazy.

Depth of flavour unparalleled by other Thai places in hells kitchen. It's already my new favourite. The tamarind shrimp dish with side rice was so flavourful. I wanna try the rest of the menu as soon as I can! It's a cozy restaurant with few seats so you might have to wait a bit.

Very good! Chicken Curry Puffs were small but tasty. Grilled Papaya Salad was fresh and had a real kick. Pad Thai Shrimp was ok. The Nakorn-Patom Duck Noodles Soup was impressive for such a hip place in a gentrified neighborhood. The herbs reminded me of more home-cooked dishes. It's a shame the Krabi Seafood Noodles Soup was a pork broth - my food partner doesn't eat pork. I'd like to try that next time! It's got a fermented tofu! Not the typical overly-sweet Thai take-out places in the US!!!

The Thai noodles here are definitely the best in town! I'm fully hooked on their dry noodles (vermicelli) with roast pork- perfect blend of sweet, sour, and spicy flavors! I get it almost every single time. And these wings are also very delicious!

Pure Thai house is delicious as always. I usually get a wok special or.thr crab fried rice but its meatless Monday so had the vegetarian version instead and it was just as delicious

On a Saturday night there was a short weight but it was worth every second. The service was amazing. The staff is so dang friendly! The food was perfect, and that’s no hyperbole. The only slight downside is the tables are extremely close to each other, and the couple next to us was making out, no joke, across from each other so it was a little awkward. They moved us into the long table and made our dinner the highlight of the day

Authentic Thai boat noodle! Reminds me of home. Quite some wait even in the afternoon on weekends. The ribs are okay, would recommend ordering other Thai appetizers. The weekend special beef boat noodle is Def a yes! However I found the soup to be a little too sweet. But overall good.

I tried pad thai for the main, which was tasty And good size portion but it was on the sweeter side, Elsa had pumpkin sticky rice which is delicious. I still prefer mango just compared to other a restaurants. The place gets packed during lunch time but the delivery is efficient as well.

Two years later, my husband and I still talk about this place! Hopefully it will continue to create beautiful food and be successful as we would love to go back one day!

Came here to get a dinner over the weekend. Wait time for a table was not long at all, the food came out super fast and was piping hot. Great variety of traditional Thai dishes and also their famous noodles. Only downside was how close the tables were to one another but it’s all part of the cookhouse experience. Would recommend if you’re in the mood for noodles and wanna try something new!

Questions & Answers

We are very sorry but at Christmas it will be closed, December 24-25 / thanks

Nope. Beer and Wine list.

It's almost always a long wait. I recommend take out - same great food but without the wait.

You can swing by and leave your name! It would be a rather long wait given how famous it is. They do not take reservations otherwise.

No, not at all Soup, Pad Thai and other meat dishes are fine too
