Awesome blueberry muffin and coffee. Ote that breakfast is served only till 10. 30 AM

The food is great - very fresh salads, tasty good variety. The staff is RUDE! they need to be trained on customer service and customer retention. If you don't want to be in the service industry....find another line of work!

Best place for 'Fresh and healthy' Sandwiches, Wraps and Salads, there's plenty to choose from the breakfast and lunch menu, including grilled salmon, chicken and beef, and also vegetarian dishes for those who are vegetarians

This place has incredible food. So fresh and some really healthy options. Their plentiful salads is an amazing deal... $8.50 for as much as you want.

Food was good, not very fresh though. Had no sandwiches available, fish and chicken both were minimal and dry. The customer service was not good and I was not greeted or thanked for my purchase. I was not impressed.

An abundance of variety for salad bar but how can one substitute hot table food- if I don’t want rice I can’t have salad instead? They may want to add a disclaimer on their menu? Better customer service training would be an asset as well.

The best I've ever tried. If I can eat everyday in a restaurant, I will go without thinking twice! I love it ^^

I love pumpernickels and have tried different locations across GTA. Never have i been disappointed up till now. They should seriously consider firing the entire staff and hiring people that have at least basic human communication skills. The food was below par and not fresh at all. I really hope the corporate office sees this review and does anonymous check-in at this location considering it's really taking a blow at their brand image.

Ladies who work there are great and put a lot of effort into helping you.

Same hot special every day. Overpriced. Never have white bread. Constant change in managers and staff. Nickel and diming customers.

Great place for a quick bite or lunch. Food is tasty and great salad selection.

Tried the 3 breakfast sandwiches. Very very nice.
