Puerto Vallarta is the best Mexican restaurant in Muncie, and this location is just as good as the others. The service is super speedy, and the food is always great. Also, Puerto Vallarta gives great portions at even better prices.

Our server was awesome! He was helpful with all questions. The food order was placed and within a few minutes the meal was there. Never ran out of chips and salsa either.

Overall, the food was good and the drinks were good. However, I was not thrilled to find a piece of scouring pad/steel wool in my burrito California. When I told my server about it and SHOWED it to him, all he said was "Sorry that happened, it was probably from the grill" then walked away with it. I was completely blown away by the poor customer service over the situation. If I had eaten that it could have easily perforated, at the least irritated, my stomach/intestines.
