If you enjoy decent service while dining out, then this is not the place. Perhaps, they've changed management, because the quality and service is no longer there. Save your money!

We have been enjoying Puerto Vallarta Jalisco for months now and I can say this restaurant is fantastic! The food is excellent, the prices are great, and the service has always been impeccable. We decided to order lunch for our entire office today and our expectations were blown away. When you are feeding dozens of people, it is hard to have everyone love the food, but our office loved it! And the order was ready and fresh right at the expected time, 11 AM, which was so convenient for our work day.Thank you Rafael, Jose Luis, and all of the staff for always going above and beyond and bringing such an amazing restaurant to Cedar City!

For a restaurant who focuses on customers, the staff showed ZERO interest in being friendly or helpful at all. Spent more money on a couple of drinks than i would on a whole months gas. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I had the carnitas and it was fantastic! Everyone in our party of six enjoyed their meal tremendously. It has become our favorite sit down Mexican in Cedar City.

Another fine night of dining. Packed house, busy servers, owner running here and there, we never ran out of water, we were asked several times if things were ok, very impressive work ethic and customer service. I learn something every time I go in.

Fantastic service and food! The fresh guacamole is made right in front of you at your table! You get to choose what is in it, and is hands down some of the best guacamole I've ever had! It had pieces of bacon and cheese in it as well!

The table side guacamole was great-- had the option of bacon and cheese, which I thoroughly enjoyed. I had the pollo a la creme, my husband had the enchiladas. Both of us left fat and happy. The portions were generous, the food was tasty and the service was excellent.

Came in with a huge group. Staff was nice enough, and did their best to serve us. I know it’s hard with huge crazy groups. Low rating is for the food - absolute trash. Would never spend money to eat here again.

The carnitas was bomb!! Very happy to find this little hideaway! Super friendly waitress and the owner was cool too. Really enjoyed it all, from the chips/salsa, to a big carnitas dinner, to the delicious Cadillac margarita (with salt and on the rocks). Check it out!!

The homemade guacamole is to die for. Always get the homemade guca. All the food is really good. We always take home left overs. They give u so much for the price u pay. Which isn't bad at all prices are great too. They have a bar too so yummy drinks.

The food is excellent! Everyone in our party was of the same mind as far as the food taste and abundance. However, I was uncomfortable because the heat was too high for me. Nevertheless, I was the only one that thought that. The staff were nice but appeared disorganized. Perhaps this was because they were new, I don't know. All in all, the people in my party were satisfied and loved it!
