Philly brisket sandwich was awesome! Good thing I don't live here or that would be my go to! Ordered that and a greens salad with chicken salad added. Chicken salad was also awesome. Size of greens salad was questionable. Very small for 10 bucks. I saw someone eating a salad at the bar and it was a huge bowl of greens. The portion I got was not.I ordered food at the bar, while I waited I had a beer. The people on either side of me had there food before I got mine and they sat down 15 or 20 minutes after me. The bar tender apologized for the delay, but never offered any compensation. It would have been a courtesy to comp my beer or something small to make up for my 45 minute wait for my food.

We ordered the piggy Mac which was delicious! It's pulled pork with Mac n cheese on top, the pork was amazing, we sat by the bar, which is where they have these huge ovens where the meat is cooked. Loved the ambiance, live music was awesome, it was a band called the mighty train wrecks! Really recommend this place for everyone!

Place was so good! Our Uber driver recommended and it didn’t disappoint. Service was quick, prices were very fair, and that meatloaf... I wasn’t going to get it but the server talked me in to it... unreal. They make their meatloaf with brisket and pork, then they must grill it it because there was a little char on the side (in a good way). It was served with a mushroom and onion gravy. I’d definitely get it again. The collard greens were on point and I’d love to get their sweet potato recipe.. sweet, but not candied and super fluffy so they tasted light. Highly recommend this place if you’re in Nashville.

We visited 2/22/20 with a group of 6 of us. Waited a bit and was well worth the wait. The fried chicken dinner was fantastic. All of us loved the food and the service until the desert. We had the TN Pound cake to share but were dissapointed. It was definitely not worth it but loved everything else. We will be back!

Thought the idea of a grocery store turned restaurant would be cool to see, so I went. It was alright, but nothing special. Was loud and when music started, even louder, which would be expected, so that didn't really bother me. The music was not good the night I was there. I am sure that's hit or miss. Food was so so. Overall, the experience was average. I don't see me going back.

Shrimp and grits were very tasty. We were there around 3pm and it was quite slow. Our service was good until the end of our meal. It appeared that the servers eat together in the back dining room and we waited a bit to get our check while our server ate. Overall nice meal.

Southern comfort food without all the pretentiousness and high tourist prices. Reece was our server. He was courteous; food come out in record time, which was great because we were hungry. Highly recommend it, particularly if you are staying anywhere close to the library as is within walking distance.

Puckett’s is amazing. It’s the feel of Nashville that’s family friendly and always hits the spot. They have a dog friendly patio on a nice street downtown. The food is great and they have Yazoo beer (a Nashville local and favourite beer). They are always busy, because they’re great so be sure to call in advance to put in a reservation. They also have late night live music which we haven’t yet seen but notice when walking by at night. This is always our very first spot to eat when visiting town.

Ordered a Piggy Mac and some other stuff including sides of mashed potatoes. The pork that was in the piggy Mac was dry and tasted like it was days old and the mashed potatoes were terrible. It tasted like they were making the mashed potatoes with water instead of milk. Been working in restaurants for years and I could tell there was no milk in them. That’s absolutely disgusting. During these tough times you should be raising standards and giving your best possible product. Not lowering standards and cutting corners to make an extra buck. Very disappointed. Better places to spend my money right now.

Super chill post!! But Heavy meat menu not many healthy options. However the breakfast menu is accommodating.
