Excellent as always your subs are great. Definitely better than any sub you would get at any of the chain sub stores.

Public is always a good experience. The atmosphere and service are what draws me in. Public stores are always clean and the staff is usually very pleasant and attentive. I must say that the Publix brand grocery options are top notch, especially their ice cream. Can be a little pricier, but from time to time they really have some excellent sales.

I ordered a 1/4 sheet cake with a dinosaur and volcano theme. Not only did I receive the cake with the lid, of the OBVIOUSLY too small box, smashed into the volcano. But the dinosaurs were taped to the lid and the front of the box was poorly taped shut because the cake was too big for the box and it wouldn’t close. They also changed the location in which I asked for the “Happy Birthday” bit without any notice.

Lost my pharmacy business for life. My wife was discharged from a local hospital for back surgery and prescribed a three day supply of pain killers. Stopped at Publix on the way home from the hospital to get it filled and the pharmacist refused to fill it because the attending doctor has an address more than 30 miles from the Publix. I understand there are rules for painkiller, but my wife and I have been established customers for years. The pharmacist wouldn’t offer an options to verify the prescription, refused to call the doctor or hospital and seemed to enjoy being rude. I didn’t get a name, unfortunately, but she was female. Walgreens fulled it not problem and will now earn my future business.

I love this store. Very clean, well organized, great staff!

Visited the bakery. Awesome store serving north St. Augustine. If you need something it is located in a convenient strip center on state road 16.

Everyone who works there is above and beyond nice and helpful. I love this publix

This publix has gone downhill since opening. I used to enjoy shopping here, but now it seems there is always something they are either out of or dont carry. They advertise bogos every week, but are often times out of the items, or just have one left. I go there every friday and if they are out of something, i am told "its on the truck" coming tomorrow. So now i have to make 2 trips? Management is lacking in this store and customer service has also gone down hill. The checkers are always nice, friendly and helpful, but in my opinion, corporate needs to take a look at how this store is being run and inventory procedures. Im very close to switching back to winn dixie after about 10 years shopping here. By the way...i spend an average of $10k per year at this store. So...you asked.

Very nice store. This store is just the right sz for the location. The parking is apso sufficient, with wide spaces.

Very friendly and helpful. A great place to shop. Only negative is they seem to be out of many items when i am there. Nothing in particular, sometimes it is sale items some times not.

Deli service was quick, but I got a chicken tenders combo, the chicken was tough and soggy the potato wedges, same, fried okra, same, I came in at exactly noon and all this stuff seems like it was made yesterday. I feel like I just wasted my lunch money. I'm not going back in because I done have time, and I ate 1/3 of it because I'm starving. There's really no excuse for it not being fresh food. I don't get it. I won't be back to this deli.
