One of the two best places to meet random strangers at the bar in o'hare terminal 3. Chill bartenders. Good food. No vegetarian options, but their fries are amazing and go great with a beer.

Fast service, and the breakfast was superb. Crisp, crunchy home fries, fried eggs with a nice jammy yolk, and honey butter for the toast. Sausage tasted like kielbasa to me, but it was good nonetheless. Breakfast entrees are in the $15-18 range. Seating area is a little crowded, but there's room for rollaboards if you need it.

About as good as you can hope for at an airport. The burnt-chili chicken wings are delicious. The sausage and salad were fine but nothing exciting.

Great restaurant in O’Hara airport. Lots of good different beers, good food and a fun setting. As expected their prices are high, it’s the airport, but good food and drinks and atmosphere. Service is slow so leave yourself plenty of time so you don’t miss your flight!

Great avocado salad and beer! Would have had another beer had the server not been sitting around on his phone. Would recommend but have to be on the servers for good service. Disappointed in service but good food and drink.

I only had time for a bowl of their soup. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a homemade flavorful bowl of soup with homemade bread. It was just what I needed.

Expensive, poor service, decent if uninspired beer list. Typical airport letdown version of a better place that this pretends to be. Pork rinds pretty damn good though.

I was looking for a place to have coffee out of a real mug and found this spot. I got here just in time to enjoy breakfast. I ordered the roasted beet sandwich with a side of breakfast potatoes and it was absolutely delicious. At first I thought it said roast beef and I almost decided against it when I reread beet but I’m glad I didn’t. Also the coffee was very good and the service from Victoria was very good and she kept my coffee full.I hope this restaurant is still here when I come through ORD next time.

The hamburger with bacon and avocado was very delicious with a hint of lime. The fries were salty and crispy and paired well with the ketchup. We had wine from Australia and Bulgaria. Both very good. The wait was fast and we had a nice seat. Only complaint...the prices are higher than necessary.

Great breakfast inside security at O'Hare. Located close to gate K1, they have sit down tables and pretty fast service. The quality of the service is high, and they have great coffee. Highly recommended!

Burger and fries were fresh and had amazing flavors. Even their special sauce which consisted of mayo and ketchup (which I never like) was really tasty. They added some extra ingredients to it that made me a fan. Next time I might have to add the bacon and avocado but it was delicious without. Service was fast maybe due to the fact they were closing and the airport traffic was light but I enjoyed it.

I am a pretty loyal American Airlines frequent flyer and before Publican Tavern came along, the only thing I would consider eating at O’Hare airport at terminal 3 was a hotdog at Skyscrapers, a closet size bar inside the terminal. Now, I arrive early at the airport so I can make sure I get a decent fresh meal before I get on the plane. I get the egg Benedict in the morning, and usually the little gem salad at other times. Coffee and wine selection always excellent.

Very quick service! Wings were flavorful and the burger was delicious. Love that salad can be a side instead of fries. A great option for an airport meal before boarding.

We really enjoyed breakfast here before a flight out of Chicago. Marlene our waitress was very helpful. The food was well prepared with thoughtful extras like brown sugar for coffee, sweetened butter, jam, and ketchup. The view out to the American planes is fun to watch. This is near K1 gate in the American terminal. When you have time do eat and fly! Enjoy.

Rankings do not adjust for context. So although this restaurant may be a 4/5 for airport eateries, it is still 3/5 compared to every other restaurant, which isn't bad. The service is the best part of the Publican Tavern experience in ORD. Drinks are classic and that's okay by me.
