Pub at Gateway

Terrible service. Food is excellent but there's no reason I should have to ask about why my food isn't being brought to me as it's sitting by the bar, getting cold. Rude waitress, she is bringing orders to other people! (Didn't happen today)

Delicious French dips!

A good place to have drinks Uptown. I've gone here regularly for many years. It's in great location, frequented by locals. Friends often meet here to enjoy drinks and enjoy a sports game on TV. Poker tournaments are a lot of fun and someone held here. (Currently there's a lot of construction on Trade Street making The Pub rather difficult to access.) The food is mostly sandwiches and wings of average quality but somewhat overpriced. No nonsense.

This place is the place to be! The bartender Hannah is hands down the best bartender I've ever had by far. Not only does she give excellent service she's also very pretty. The other girls are nice too. The food and drinks are delightful Definitely will return.

Nice place to have some drinks with friends

Quiet little uptown pub, at lest it was quiet when I stopped in after work. Bar maids were friendly and put the game on TV for me. Their beer selection is okay, and a couple of their kegs were kicked. Great place for a couple drinks after work. They had some drink specials on so it wasn’t too pricey.

Cozy pub, friendly service

We are in town for a meeting. A very nice young recommended Pub At Gateway. Excellent food, waitress and atmosphere!

Worst customer service with rude waitress. We ordered veg burgers and waited for 40 minutes for our food. After 40 minutes, the waitress came to tell us that they didn't have veggie patties so they can't fulfill our order. And then, without any apologies, just said if you don't want to order anything else i'll cancel your order and you guys can leave! After 40 freaking minutes of waiting in lunch time she tells us to leave!!? On a side note, while ordering, she asked what do you want as a side? Their menu says side is included. But she said it's $1 extra. We mentioned, menu says it's included with price, she goes, very rudely, "it's a typo. Do you want a side or not? Just tell me if you want, it will be extra" We are never going back to this place.
