My husband had quadruple bypass surgery and ling issues. For his birthday our daughter had a box of your protein desserts shipped to him. They are delicious and healthy. We are both enjoying them. I will definitely reorder in the future. Just told a friend in Florida about them, her husband is diabetic, needs lots of protein. Pat Healy

Visited the new space (19th St) only a day after it opened and had a great experience chatting with the owner who reviewed all the selections. Picked up a few items and will absolutely be back to buy more. It's a full retail store with regular hours so it's easier to pop in for a quick re-up on my stash. To my macro counting folks... I stick to the peanut butter options and let me tell you -- I have yet to find lower carb baked goods better than this in a 100 mile radius.

I went there with a gilt city voucher and they were very friendly. The owner was there at the time and I had a nice conversation with him as I browsed their wares. Their brownies are the bomb dot comb and to be honest that's my favorite kind of dessert, so while I've tried the cookies and blondies, nothing can compare to their java based brownie.I just recently got another voucher and I plan on going again!

Great selection of baked goods packed with the protein you want and need. The owner is amazing and love how he has continued to expand the brand.

Service was great but the goods are too healthy for me maybe - it does not taste good. I guess it’s just personal preferences.

What more can I say other than I love this place. Wife and I have been on the Keto diet and this has become our go to splurge for the occasional sweet tooth craving. Big fan of their Low Sugar options. More importantly though, everybody that works here has been nothing short of amazing. From helping you to select items based on what you are looking for diet wise, to going the extra mile and texting/calling to make sure you get the cake you want last minute. The hardest part is to not go there all the time.

Had to stop in while we did our valentines getaway this weekend. I walked in knowing he carried many keto friendly options, but he made sure to explain everything to me. I cannot wait to order more! The BEST low sugar brownie and cookies I have ever had! Stephen is going to make my keto lifestyle a lot easier. Going for a few of the brownie/shake combo packs next! Awesome owner, fantastic bakery.

I tried your Coconut Walnut Chocolate Chip Blondie at a local smoothie shop (Robeks). It was so amazing I went back to the smoothie shop just to buy the blondies. Since then I have ordered them online twice! I intend to keep your bakery on my regular shopping list.

Go Thursday's for the best selection. That's when they restock.

I went to a grand opening party and they served baked goods from The Protein Bakery. I had the chocolate chip cookies and their brownies. They were absolutely delicious! The chocolate chip cookie seriously goes down as the most delicious chocolate chip cookie I've ever had. The brownie was also really tasty. I've never been to the actual location before but I will be paying a visit to purchase more baked goods!

I walked oh about 13 blocks to visit this bakery. I felt like an idiot picking up cakes that were display only! I'm smart but not at that particular moment. The attendant notified me twice very politely and I appreciate that. It can be a cruel world out there. The items I purchased were very delicious and filling. Eating one item is enough opposed eating at a different bakery and you feel like eating the whole store in 5 minutes!! Love visiting bakeries especially in NYC.
