Wonderful ice cream, wonderful customer service! I've been coming here since I was a small child, and now I bring my own kiddo with me :) ... however, I did get knocked over by some drunk jerk who could not have cared less that I was clearly walking on crutches -- other than that, 5 stars! :)

Prince Pucklers is good, hometown ice cream. It has a long, often busy, counter with plenty of selections. Staff favorites are marked, which is fun.The scoop sizes are generous. The mini size is perfect for young kids. For adults who want more than one flavor and not an overabundance of ice cream, go for the mini-double. Tuesdays and Fridays are sundae specials.For families, the ace in the hole of Prince Pucklers is the city playground located behind the building. Countless evenings have been spent this way. Enjoy!

I came in recently and was delighted to discover that they have, as a seasonal flavor, white licorice. Basically a black licorice ice cream without a crazy amount of black dye in it. Just the right amount of sweet without being cloying. There's always a great selection of other flavors as well. Plus, Obama came here for mint chip when he was in town.

Delicious homemade ice cream in regular cones, waffle, cups or sundaes. Huge variety of flavors and toppings. Ice cream pies, hot and iced coffees, milkshakes and they even carry dairy free! You can sit inside but I love to sit outside in the summer on their chairs or benches surrounded by flowers. My mouth still waters remembering the marionberry cone I had last summer! Great ice cream but the line was too long. It wrapped around in front of other restaurants too. Ion got time for that.

The fresh banana brownie ice cream is to die for. Got a small cone of it the first time I visited and needed more the second and 3rd. 😂 Love the variety here. :)

President Obama's favorite ice cream shop in Eugene Oregon. Plentiful flavors, friendly staff. There is a little park behind the building for kids to pay at or another green space across the street to causally walk through. You can never have too much delicious ice cream.
