The most amazing and friendly butcher I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with!!!!! Great experience. The meat is always fresh and cut to order exactly as ordered. I travel from Dix Hills to Woodbury, pass many butchers on the way , to get too the best PRIME TIME BUTCHER !!

The steaks at Prime Time are second to none - true dry-aged prime beef. My family complains when I get steaks from anywhere else. If you have a hankering for a really great steak, Prime Time simply can't be beat.

Went to Prime Time to try out the veggie burgers for a Father's Day BBQ as I wanted to see if I could get tasty, full of flavor & juice from pre- made burgers that I don’t have to make myself. We bought $60 of all the different varieties. We were very disappointed!!! The cauliflower & zucchini burgers were mostly made of filler- flour & were tasteless. I could get more taste from a nice slice of bread with butter on it than the bland bread like burgers.These burgers, if that’s what you want to call them, are an insult to vegetarians.

Prime Time are the best steaks you can get - but you pay for the exceptional quality. Don’t like meat try there Turkey London Broil it can’t be beat. This is an old school professional butcher with a wealth of knowledge and expertise. Don’t know how to cook something, they will write down time, temperature and even cooking methods. You must give them a try.

The best steaks around, it’s expensive but outright perfect meat.
