Was actually pretty good! When asking for fried chicken... And then opening a 2pc, when sitting down to eat. Seeing the amount of grease. But also, taking note of how they wrapped the chicken to help drain the grease. I said... 'very thoughtful'! Cash only... An extremely pleasant cashier... Not much seasoning to taste... But do take note of how well it has been cooked... Fresh & not frozen... The bones do not seperate like what we've come to know as normal. Mr Price, has earned my return visit!

Friendly as usual. Food was hot, I got the wing with hush puppies. Good but the wings were not fried as crispy as they usually are, hushpuppies were excellent!!!

The chicken is just amazing! Cash only and you cannot eat on site. The prices are very reasonableThe hush puppies were also very good. The fries and bbq were average. Would highly recommend.

Prices have increased tremendously since my last visit. They do not accept credit or debit cards....cash only. If you use the ATM there is a $3.00 charge. The chicken is still the best in Charlotte!!! Wings will cost you more than anything else on the menu. Parking is limited and this place is carry out only.

That was a solid fried chicken experience I just had. Even the slaw was damn good. The prices are fair, the service is quick, and the staff were friendly.

I was very excited to try Price's chicken. So much hype. I just wish the chicken matched the hype. I found it bland. Perhaps the blandest fried chicken I've ever eaten. Eating it with hot sauce it is less obvious, but without that outside source of flavor it was definitely not good. I even tried salting iit, which I have never done with fried chicken in my life. My son's favorite food is fried chicken, and normally will devour vast quantities ended up tossing his leftover. I'd should give them fewer stars honestly...but they are an institution.

Multiple people recommended Price’s to me, and I wasn’t disappointed. The coke slaw was among the creamiest that I have ever had, and the fries were crisp as well. But, the chicken was the star of the show. Especially if you like dark meat, you cannot do better than Price’s!

No nonsense great fried chicken and southern fair. Cash only, No seating, no cellphones, just great fried chicken. Be prepared to stand in line and wait for a bit... But it's worth it.

We started eating it so fast, I didn’t get a good picture. I got mixed chicken dinner with wings and hush puppies (extra fries instead of slaw). So juicy and good! Crazy busy but the lines go fast. Don’t forget it’s cash only!

Hands down my favorite spot to eat some delicious fried chicken around Charlotte, NC. Be sure to bring cash and orders are in 1/4, 1/2, or Whole chicken dark or white meat meals rather than 1x 2x 3x piece meals. There's also 2x/3x wing piece meals. Order sweet tea or get soda from vending machine.
