Every time I go, there are no pretzels made and it is quite the wait to get one. There's also a little boy running around behind the counter throwing things.

I really don't recommend eating here; I watched them handle money at the cash register and then go right back to handling the raw dough without washing their hands or putting on gloves. Not very impressed.
