Founded in London in 1986, Pret A Manger is a fast casual restaurant serving organic coffee, hot breakfast, sandwiches, salads and wraps made throughout the day using carefully sourced ingredients. Every night, Pret donates their unsold food to food rescue organizations to feed those in need. Pret currently has over 500 shops in nine countries with over 90 locations in New York, DC, Chicago, Boston, New Jersey and Philadelphia.

New store which is the worst in regards to layout and staff. I was really excited when they first opened since I work right next door. First the layout of the store doesn’t work. Everyone is in each other’s way since there is a pole in front of the registers. Second and actually worse is the staff / manager. They are rude, slow and always busy chatting with each other or checking their phones which they have right next to them at the register. No interaction with the customers whatsoever. No greeting, no nothing. There are two more locations in a 2 block radius. Go there and don’t bother trying this one.
