This coffee house was Charming. It was busy and very efficient. I walked in to get a latte and a chocolate croissant. I asked for the latte to be made specially, I only wanted one shot in my coffee and the Barista smiled a little and verified my order and gave me the order exactly as I ask. There is a lot of New York ambience in this restaurant. It is large but Charming very clean and very efficient.

Organic, whole grain ,fresh , portion control, great coffee. What more can you ask for. Great soup, I love the Moroccan lentils. They also have fresh olive oil. It's so good I actually will go there just for the bread and olive oil. The staff is efficient and helpful. Really great team work serving their customers.

Huge locations. This is equivalent to other midtown locations. They all have wide and bright entries and large dining areas.Nice staff. Clean store. Even thought I was in near lunch, I was in and out in no time.

This is the best place to eat in NYC on a budget. The food selection is great/healthy and employees were very friendly and truly wanted the best for the customers. Best customer service and food I encountered during my stay!

I love pret. It's my fast food go to because there is reliable vegetation with protein, or pastries that make sense to me, like the deli shish cinnamon bun, big enough to share with a friend or two. It's clean, fast, and most importantly, adult.

Relatively cheap coffee comparing to other shops; tastes ok. My Americano (~$2.40) wasn’t great, didn’t get the good taste of the bean, but wasn’t awful either.Customer service is not bad, some cashiers friendlier than others, but they always work fast.
