Very convenient especially when running late for work and need to run in and quickly grab something. The only complaint I have is regarding how awful their cookies are. The cookies look great, but they are rock hard! They overcook these amazing cookies and they are like concrete! So, don't buy a cookie unless you want to chip a tooth!

Best spot around Flatiron to relax, get some work done with a cup of coffee or a tea and a cookie in your mouth. Huge seating area upstairs and downstairs. Staff is very nice. Soups? Delicious. Pricey, but to eat once won't hurt your bank. Everything is organic, but I'm not so obsessed about it. I think coffee is pretty good and tea is average.

Pret brings the same great experience from London over to the US. If you don't want to risk making a bad decision on food, you can't go wrong with their options.

Plenty of food and sitting, but not aways with the best freshness. Found stale nuts and rotten veggies in salad before.

I always like Pret as they give a lot of reward perks and in this case, the free drink perk was not in my account but the Manager gave me a free drink on the house anyway.All in all, good hot food selections, excellent wraps but i would shy away from the cold sanwiches (that they can heat for you) as they are hard to chew or bite into for that matter.
