Kinda hard to find inside of the target. Was also not the best environment to relax and eat. Noisy. Food was good though.

How can they be 'fresh' and made on site but cannot give me just an egg salad sandwich without other stuff on it? Overpriced, too.

I love pret sandwiches and soups. Today I was planning to eat there. I picked a table, I was there for less than 1 minute, I was going to buy luch, but I was with a baby (who was hungry) I just open his food and someone from the staff came out and asked me to leave because that area was only for customers "I told him that I just arrived and I was planning to buy something for me, but first I was planning to feed the baby". I did not appreciate the attitude. I understand that if the restaurant is busy and you notice that someone is seating there for at least 5minutes without consuming you ask him/her to leave or to buy something, but someone that just arrived and is feeding a baby. They need to learn how to be more polite. For me that is just rude.

I have been eating lunch at this location for a couple of years. Today I decided to get a wrap and was shocked to find that the outside wrapper was longer than the wrap. When I opened the package it looked like the entire middle section of the wrap was missing. They have decided to make the wraps smaller but they placed it inside an old "container" so that it looked like you were getting more. I paid over $10 for 1/2 a wrap and a hot tea. I seriously don't mind paying for lunch, but don't fool me with misleading packaging. I want to know exactly what I am getting. I do not want to walk away feeling hungry and ripped-off. I will seriously think twice before returning after this latest snafu.
