Great taste, quick service.The fruit slush was amazing!!

I got Fresh Mango Coconut Slush today with little sugar. It was delicious 10/10 recommended

Great Bubble Tea. It tastes amazing but the prices are way too high. It makes no sense to spend $8.50 on the smallest drink size. Also, i was being extremely generous before Iedited this, I found multiple hairs in my drinks multiple times, the staff needs to be more cautious. 👎

Got smoothies at the shop. Just a tip DO NOT add tapioca pearls that are freshly made. They get so hard in cold drinks :( Matcha smoothie taste good but taro one was quite artificial flavour.

Was told they have good bubble tea. So went to try it and was not satisfied. The mango slush drink didn’t taste good. Was disappointed. We all were. The customer service wasn’t the greatest. The mangos tasted old and came out the freezer when asked they said they cut them up fresh and store them in the freezer. I feel that Real Fruit is 100% better. Thankfully one is opening up soon at the mall nearby.

From what I've tried, the taro slush was made very smoothly. will have to keep coming again to get a better rating of the place.

Still one of my favourite bubble tea house in town.

For the portion size, the bubble tea prices here are unbeatable compared to other Ottawa competitors. They also have many flavour options and a vast amount of seating. Only took off a star because their supposed free wifi doesn’t work, but it’s a good place for catching up or hanging out with friends.

This location is very convenient (close to bus stop downtown) and drinks are tasty. If it wasn't for the slow service I would give it 5 stars!

The panda milk tea is my favorite!

First drink wasn't tasting quite right. Owner offered to fix it up and make another one.The next one (Mango Slush) was a lot better tasting. Delicious!Would revisit.

Friendly staff and quaint spot! There are seating, but it’s more of a to go spot. Knocked a star off because even though I asked for 25% less sugar, it is still way too sweet.Edit to response* I don’t think asking for no sugar is the solution. I have had bubble tea at Chatime, Coco, and two other presotea locations here and never had an issue with 25% less sugar.

A cute place with so many mangoes. I sadly picked a weird flavor of boba slush, I knew it was a bad idea to begin with (strawberry slush with tapioca nah son) but I tried my friend's and it was very tasty!! Has nice decor also!
