Potbelly is a popular lunch spot in downtown, expect to wait in line. Not a problem, they move through the orders rather quickly. Sandwiches and soup is the menu, with chips, cookies and milkshakes too. If you like hot peppers, try them out as they were pretty tasty. Enjoy!

Service was trashy

Delicious sandwiches (no comparison with Jimmy John's and Subway) and Broccoli and Cheddar soup is great! - better (and cheaper) than Panera.

Friendly staff with heartwarming smile. Tasty sandwiches and farmhouse salad. Great place to sit in and enjoy the food.

I've been at this locations about 4 times during lunch hour and although the food is ok, the customer service experience is not so much. Twice I've ordered online and when I get there the order is NEVER ready; today I waited 15 additional minutes for my order after the "pickup time" and also my special instructions were not followed (wanted tomatoes and Italian dressing). If you wait in-line the place is so loud that chances are they will get the order wrong too... I have asked for "regular bread" and got "flat bread". I don't understand how such a busy location hasn't come up with a better system. Perhaps some people should be solely dedicated to the line, others to online orders? They should have two completely different counters where people working are not bumping on each other. The workers are always nice and apologetic, but the system they have to work with is awful.

I'm in town with my husband at the Hilton. While he is at his conference I wanted a sandwich somewhere close. The line moved quickly. The menu was clear. It was a very good sandwich at a reasonable price. I loved that I could sit in the Fountain Square to eat.

Short wait even when lines are long. Mac and cheese was super tasty and very filling. Do expect it to be crowded, it's a popular spot right on the square with lots of businesses on all sides. Being one of few quick lunch places it gets a ton of traffic.

It was my 1st time visiting this place and it was amazing the staff were very welcoming and the food was great I got A sandwich called Wreck And broccoli cheese soup that was Spectacular I will return😊

Mom loves there soups so much as soon as she gets paid she go's there and gets soup from them every month.

Sandwiches are pretty good but the ac in this place is really loud, you can't hear normal talking volume accross from you.

Asked for a regular Mediterranean on white. Got a skinny on wheat…… I’m not sure what the point of ordering the sandwich before hand if I can’t even get the correct thing I asked for at check out and not even double checking it’s correct.
