Roast beef had no taste...bland .

If you want an overpriced and small sandwich then this is the place to go! I added bacon on it because they claim it's nueskes. Last time I remember nueskes was thick cut..paid $7.60 for a tiny sandwich with not much inside. Mildly dissapointed.

Food was really good. Original sandwich portions were a bit smaller than expected but taste was on point with a wide variety of choices including soups and salads.

First time and last time at Potbelly’s. Horrific customer service. The lady taking the order was extremely rude, made no effort to explain how the ordering process worked. We ordered our sandwiches and proceeded to the register. She was at the register on the phone talking as we stood there and waited. Once she finally got off the phone we ordered our drinks and a milkshake. Very rudely she scolded us for not ordering the milkshake at the beginning. Being first time customers we had no idea and she never bothered to ask if it was our first time. Then she had the audacity to say we were holding up the line after she had us standing there waiting for her to get off her phone. Never again I would avoid this location at all costs. Looking at previous reviews this is the norm for this lady. It is evident that the owner condones this behavior because others have had similar experiences and the behaviors continued.

Food is always good. Every single employee I've ever came into contact with here is ABSOLUTELY nothing but rude.

I’m conflicted leaving this 3 star review. On the one hand, the taste of the Chicken Mediterranean was bold and the hot peppers really brought the flavors to life, so the quality and taste was well done. The turkey sandwich was also pretty decent. But on the other hand, paying nearly twenty dollars for two “big” sandwiches is a little ridiculous. I mean, this price is without a side or a drink...for just two fast food subs. Had to take off another star for the lack of sanitary condition during the sandwich preparation. While in the middle of placing ingredients, the employee reached up and fumbled with his headset, touching his face and hair as well with his gloved hand, and then went right back into the sandwich. Gonna head next door to Mod Pizza next time.
