Excellent sandwich shop with a variety of options!

Ordered online for a pickup but still wasn't ready when I got there. Had to wait for an additional 10mins. Asked for the Mediterranean sandwich and it was yum!!

Great chili and sandwiches!

Love the Mediterranean sandwich on flatbread. The oatmeal chocolate chip cookies are delicious, but they usually sell out by the evening.

WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!! 3:59 on Sunday. May 24th. I went in. The girls were so NICE! And so HELPFULL WITH EVERYTHING! It’s Eid for me so I told them how it was going pretty badly so they cheered me up! They were so SWEET! Best shop ever. I eat potbelly a lot and now this is going to be my favorite shop to go to! Best employees ever! Gonna be calling corporate to tell them how wonderful they are!

Kayla flinged my sandwich at me.I asked Kayla if she threw sandwiches at everyone., she said yeah she’s been working there for 3 years.Working here for 3 years doesn’t give you the right to throw customers food at them Kayla. Worst experience ever.

Potbelly is awesome. Great sandwiches, awesome selection of chips, and solid mac and cheese. My favorite part is how I almost never seem to find an employee who doesn't have a smile on their face. For all my vegetarians out there, the Mediterranean sandwich is outstanding.

I love the food at Potbelly's! I really enjoy the broccoli cheddar soup, the Turkey sandwich, and their amazing cookies but I almost always order on the app for pickup. The pickup process is terrible at this location! Every single time I've placed an order for pickup, I arrive at the established pickup time and they have either not started on the order at all or they just started. The staff always tell me that this is unusual and apologize to me. But I've timed my wait and it's been anywhere from 4 to 10 minutes once I get there. Again, great food but I wouldn't recommend using the pickup feature at this location.

Theres sandwiches are amazing and there shakes/cookies are also incredible. There fresh baked cookies are fairly large. I definitely recommend getting their ice cream sandwiches since you get of their amazing cookies and ice cream in between. Their sandwiches can be either for meat lovers or vegetarians. It is overall just an amazing place for food

Good news, the food was fresh and hot. Bad news, the service was terrible. The sign said 8 minutes guaranteed, 18 mins later we were still standing in line with other walk in customers. The only folks who seemed to be getting service were phone in orders. The assembly line process works, first in first out as the orders come in. At this location, the Manager really took the train off the tracks trying to fill phone orders by jumping into the assembly line disrupting and delaying customers who came into the restaurant. Here's a free process improvement, ring up the call in order and give it to the first employee in charge of cutting bread and putting on the meats. He processes the order right after he finishes the order he's working on. This way , FIFO processing keeps the train rolling smoothly and everyone is happy.
