Potbelly Sandwich Works

Despite a massive lunch rush every day, the staff at this location remembered my regular order. Potbelly is a great sandwich joint, and the staff at this location just make it better.

Shavonne Williams has a nasty attitude and she’s very unprofessional and a liar she needs to be replaced

The staff (barring the brusque cashier) were friendly and attentive, but did not move with any sense of urgency whatsoever. The food was as good as usual, so as long as you're not in a hurry, this is a safe bet.

All Potbelly's are GREAT but this one stands out the most because they actually remember my order every time I go in. Which is normally twice a week.

This is the best Potbelly I've been to. The food is the same quality as at other locations, but the customer service is better than not only other Potbellys, but many other restaurants or stores I've been to. They seem to like people and enjoy what they're doing, and are helpful as well. It makes for a pleasant dining and ordering experience. Even when they're busy, the line moves quickly and they maintain their professionalism and positive attitude.

I am a potbelly fan, as we all are, and decided to try the app to tee up lunch and pick it up in that very brief window between calls or meetings. My experience both times is the same - a 10-15 minute wait past the allotted pick up time and order somewhat incorrect. It would seem potbelly has a flawed online ordering process. I don’t blame the exasperated single employee handling the online order desk. But in that employee’s clear frustration, the slamming of sandwiches and chips seemed an unnecessary step in front of people who paid for and will soon eat the food you were just slamming to the counter.

Decent location.

This is a great location for lunch when in the loop. Service is fast no matter when you go, even if the line is out the door.

It's as much like every other Potbelly location as it is dissimilar from every other Potbelly location.

This was in down Chicago. The staff was very nice. My Mac and cheese was good our sandwiches were also very good. The bathroom was clean. It was black Friday and crowded down town. They got us through the line and eating very quickly.

Great Loop Potbelly's location. They are very speedy at getting people out with their food in a timely manner during the work week. They have live music playing during their busy hours, which is always nice.

Just like any other Potbelly's. Since it's downtown expect a wait if you go during the lunch rush.

THis was a standard potbelly's. Good food. The service was alright. Usually the potbelly's sandwich makes are really attentive, on their game and make your sandwich really fast. I'm pretty sure i jsut went at an awkward time of day though and they were in a break-like mood so they were kind of doing their own thing so the sandiwch was pretty slow.

Dont waste time with app and/or pre ordering, takes longer as never ready when promised. My last time.
