Dis organize and it’s 11:10 still they’re not open they says gave us a five more minutes and we are waiting out not acceptable

Unless you are desperate, dont bother. The day we visited, our sandwich maker was unresponsive and rude as if it was a massive injustice that we were inconveniencing him to have to build our order. To be fair the cashier was much more responsive. Several of the tables are in such poor repair that your drink will likely become aquainted with your lap if you happen to just bump the table. General cleanliness left some to be desired as well. The food was pretty good so perhaps takeout would be a better option until some changes are made?

Better than subway and the online ordering process is easy and fast

Standard Potbelly with very poor customer service. Some people who work at the register will never smile to you or say thank you or you welcome.

Standard pot belly. It can be very busy at lunch, so I recommend ordering ahead or coming at an off time. Breakfast is also surprisingly good and cheap, and much less crowded (I like the coffee and bagel with cream cheese, or egg sandwich).

Pot Belly is pretty good, I'd say slightly above average. If i could, this would be a 3.5 stars out of 5 with 3 being average.

I love Potbelly's especially the Chicken Pot Pie and the Uptown Salad. However, I am disappointed that they no longer carry Spinach. I prefer Spinach. Plus romaine has a recall right now and I am not sure where their's come from. So I just don't get the uptown right now, which is what I miss the most. But their sandwiches and other food is delicious!Sonja D.

Stopped buy for a quick late lunch at the L'Enfant metro station in DC. It wasn't bad but not necessarily memorable.It was late in the afternoon and they appeared to be winding down for the day. They had a great selection but probably wouldn't go out of my way to return.

Worst sandwich and restaurant EVER!!! Guy taking my order didn't seem to understand simple English, as I had to place my order about 5 times before guessing (assuming) what I said. Ordered the pizza sandwich. What I got was cheese, sauce and bread. Maybe 2 pepperoni slices and 1 piece of salami. No meatballs to be found. Furthermore, about 1/3 of the soda fountain options weren't working. No attempts to fix any of it. Customer service was a complete joke. Wouldn't go back if they gave me free food, especially not this location. ABSOLUTELY HORRIFIC!!!
