My sandwich tasted good.

Good food but the air conditioning was way too cold to sit inside and eat.

They have replaced Panera for a terrific Mediterranean Sandwich...better price, more generous of the filling.

I've really enjoyed the sandwiches and soups I've had. Also lunch service has been above expectations with pleasant staff who are usually pretty quick as well, and have been continually improving since they opened.However their salads are really hit or miss, particularly with the quality of lettuce. I don't know if this is due to their supplier or timing between shipments (and storage methods), but I frequently get salads with lettuce that is turning pink and/or very wilted. It's possible to get all spinach salads which gets around that problem. Even the grapes and apples are on the down turn and the whole salad is ruined. It's happened enough that I don't go nearly as often as I would when getting sandwiches.

Potbelly is my favorite! Cheddar & broccoli soup is amazing and the Italian sandwich and the Mediterranean with chicken is too die for 😋

Always delicious. Broccoli cheddar soup is so good on these cold days. Everyone is very nice at the drive thru & so quick!!! The sandwiches are good, love the big turkey, but could use a tad more meat on their sandwiches. The cookies & shakes are awesome. Not a fan of the cheesesteak sandwiches, as it was bland, maybe some fried green peppers & onions would spice it up a bit. Rately, if ever disappointed. Highly recommended.

Great soup, decent sandwich, quick all things considered an acceptable lunch stop.

Everything about my order was wrong, I ordered a veggie Mediterranean with multigrain bread, not only was there chicken in it, but the break was wrong too. I had to throw it away because I am a vegetarian. When I called the store they picked up the phone and immediately hung up on me twice. Terrible experience and Honestly I don’t ever want to eat here again.
