Potbelly Sandwich Shop

Of all the chain sandwich shops, Potbelly does it the best. Something for every type of water, which can be difficult to find. Pictured is the powerhouse salad and garden vegetable soup. They have many soup choices, a hard thing to find. You can add or subtract toppings from subs and salads, customize Mac&cheese, etc without them glaring at you during the lunch rush. Try the wreck if you're feeling indulgent, my fiance swears by it.

I have never had a bad sandwich, regardless of location. All of them look the same and are familiar. Not like Subway where everg sandwich tastes the same. These are so distinct. And soups are famtastic. Stick with smaller portions and flatbread samdwiches and they easily fit reduced calorie options. Outstamding for lunch or spur of the moment dinner.

Vegetarian sandwiches are good. Not allot of variety

Although I enjoy the good food and the friendly staff, my two star rating is directed more towards the higher powers. I am not a fan of them stopping their support of local music. They used to hire musicians to play during the lunch hour but for some reason got rid of it at all of their locations. Additionally, I believe their prices are a bit high (approx $10/sandwich).

These guys do pretty good for a franchised sandwich shop. The place is clean, the staff is friendly and the quality of the food is pretty good. There can be a backup at times due to how fast the oven works, but that's typical for a Potbelly.

They have some great sandwiches. I haven't had anything here that wasn't great. I recommend the Broccoli cheddar soup and one of their oatmeal chocolate chip cookies!

Frequent this Potbelly's with the family. Friendly service, indoor and terrace dining. Enjoyed their Wreck sandwich and Wreck salad. Love PB's salad crotons. I'm not sure if serving freshly bake warm croutons is new at PB, but this location does. From Chicago, and haven't noticed one PB with live music. All my PB back home had great local music. Would love to see the "good vibes" back at PB.

Good food. I just don't like ordering lunch off of a menu board as I feel rushed when people are lined up behind me. I would rather like to sit at a table with a menu.

What can I say, it's a sandwich shop. But it does have its unique twists on the concept, reminiscent of a Quiznos, only better. The most important thing you need to know is that they have a much deeper menu online. So if you do not see something you like on the sandwich board, check their online menu for "hidden" options. Did you know they offer a straight Grilled Cheese sandwich?I'm a huge fan of their hot pepper medley. It is a unique mixture of several vegetables, rather than just plain peppers, but it's all so spicy good!On a negative note, I cannot speak for all locations, but this particular one only has a single trash can, and it is perpetually overflowing.

Wonderful soups and sandwiches! We've been to 3 different locations and ordered something new each time. Have not been disappointed. Lots of flavor! I also like the ability to customize your meal and can see right on the menu board calorie counts for those of us keeping track. Clean restaurant, friendly staff and great food. Will come again!
