Three times I've been here and all 3 times it's been sub-par. You'd think for the price the bread would be FRESH and not stale. The meat always tastes like manufactured subway style. The staff is usually nice and polite so we'll up the stars to 3

Good sandwiches and soup. Try the broccoli cheddar.

They messed up my order. They did not apologize or thank me for my business!

What can you say? It is a pretty typical sandwich chain restaurant. I am a fan of their adult PB&J. The food is consistent and the facility is well maintained and clean. You know what to expect and they churn it out as anticipated. No surprises good, good or bad, and that is exactly what you hope for in this type of place. The occasional live music is a nice touch.

I had my assistant place a catering order for 8 sandwiches and asked if there was an earlier time to pick up than what online said. The man agreed but when I got there he was rude and scolded me for coming early. When I said we called ahead he said “I didn’t know it was for catering.” I get there was some type of miscommunication but do you really need to take your bad day out on me? He barely mumbled “thanks”... not a problem I can always spend that $100 elsewhere.

I really like the sandwiches I’ve tried what bothers me the most is when I’m in drive up and trying to place an order before I can finish a sentence there is a girl constantly interrupting and it’s rude let a person finish then I go to pay and when order was ready my food was thrown at me with an arttitude I don’t remember the African American girls name but her manners are terrible

This is the 2nd time I have ordered a salad from this location and received old/wilted lettuces. I work a 12hr shift, came into this location around 7pm order # 70032 during my lunch break. I ordered a A wreck sandwich to go with my farmhouse chicken salad. This salad is terrible everything taste frozen/old. Like if you saw the lettuces was not good why serve it? Even you wouldn’t want old lettuces if you brought it. I will not be coming back to this location. I post my salad on your suggestion so you can see I’m pulling out old/wilted lettuces.

I ordered lunch for my wife from this location yesterday. The online ordering was a smooth process. But when you request a delivery time for 11:45am - 12:00pm. The food got delivered at 11:00am how is that an accurate order? They then told my wife that they will no longer deliver since they require a $25 order as the minimum... The Potbelly site FAQ doesn't mention anything about a minimum order amount. Same when you select delivery from this location online. Why are employees here saying there is a minimum order dollar amount when everywhere you look there is no mention of it? Will not be ordering anymore from Potbelly
