While the food is good, the staff is under trained. I ordered a chicken salad sandwich , I taste TUNA on it as well. Oversight I guess. I guess you have to ask for a receipt because I did not get one from the not so pleasant cashier.

This location sucks. I frequently go to this Potbelly but today was the last time. They are always out of EVERYTHING every time I go. "Sorry we're out of bacon, sorry we're out of that soup, sorry we don't have any milkshakes or smoothies...." it goes on and on every time I go. Last time I went I walked out and went somewhere else because I couldn't get anything I wanted to order. How can you be out of 5 different things at once? Poor management.

For you old time Baltimoreans, this was the site of Danny's, which had a vast award-winning reputation for great steak, lobster, fine French cuisine, huge wine list, and all the tasty Chesapeake Bay seafood, up until it closed in 1991. It was the city's most renowned restaurant, according to the 1993 Baltimore Sun obituary of its founder, Daniel D. Dickman It got a four-star rating in the Mobil Travel Guide at one point (there was no such thing as five stars back then!). Now we just have a typical chain that's just your typical lunch stop.
