Great food and quick service. Only down fall is they dont really guide you through ordering. I was with someone else and mentioned I wanted a soup also and I was told I was supposed to order that back there. They should be offering or asking any soup with your meal today.

I ordered through DoorDash and I specially DID NOT order tomatoes on my sandwich because I am allergic. I bit into my sandwich and realized there were in fact tomatoes on my sandwich and didn’t have ANY OF MY INGREDIENTS I ASKED FOR ON MY SANDWICH! I called the store to let them know my order wrong completely wrong for them to tell me they did not see my name or order. I did research to make sure I called the correct store and I did, so I called back. All I was told was I would receive a sandwich coupon in the mail! I am very disappointed because I could have been hospitalized for their neglect to simply read an order

Good Food, the staff is friendly, the staff will accomidate you if they can, if you have food allergies

They removed the 4 seating regular tables and replaced them with high tops. That means way less seating for family with little kids. Looks like we have to reconsider our dining options next time. The tables were always never wiped down when we get here.Sandwich is good here, it is also hard to get chicken noodle soup from here.

Great cheap deal meals. Great service sometimes a little too over the top but people are still nice. Food is always good a hot and have variety. The only bad thing is parking is a pain due to the setting with Starbucks next door and their drive thru.

Chicken sandwich was dry. Door was broken and kept letting the cold air in staying open.

I like Potbelly. I usually get the wreck and the dream bar is really caloric but delicious. The meatball sandwich is also good. I don't think I've ever had anything to else. This location is conveniently located to both the expressway and the mall, within 5 minutes of both.

We have ordered regularly from this location since it opened. We ordered last night - 5 orders - spending almost $50. We were disappointed with EVERY item! Mediterranean sandwich had 1 slice of each veggie, ham sandwich had 1 piece of ham, even my salad was wrong! The other orders were just as bad. We will NOT visit this location again!

I got the turkey sandwich at this location and it's extremely delicious. Lots of sandwiches to try. Don't forget to get a pickle and bag of chips.

It was okay they didn't put the cheese on my Sandwich which was the reason I went there. Very disappointing!!

Sandwich was fantastic and service was great.
