Best Italian sandwich! I always have the Classic on white bread with everything except hot peppers. The tomato soup is so delicious, too!I’ve only had one bad experience here. The sandwich tasted absolutely horrible, but this was probably just an isolated incident as all the others have been on point.The sandwich and soup costs $10 and change. I don’t usually like to spend a lot for lunch, but I like to treat myself every once in awhile.I highly recommend!

Great place to get a warm sandwich. I've been here several times and have never been unsatisfied in any way. Overall a great place.

Potbelly provides an interesting assortment of sandwiches with a variety of style and meats. The salads, based on ours, are generous in quantity with crisp, tasty ingredients. Vegetarian options are possible, but didn't seem plentiful in the sandwiches.

I started to give it 5 stars because the food is so good there the problem is they short-changed you on the size of the sandwich for what you're paying for you don't get the amount you should that's this places only flaw great food but not enough for what the prices are. It's a shame to because the food is good the prices are just too high

Simply the best sandwiches. The spicy pepper mixture is delicious.

They are fast and the sandwiches are amazing. You won't be disappointed.

Its okay. I think its overpriced for the food....I spent $10 on a salad then got home and realized they forgot to give me any salad dressing. Ugh.... Food sometimes seems overly processed depending on what is ordered.

Food is good. Service is ok but not very friendly. Air conditioning is way too cold. The vents are pointed at the wall away from the kitchen so I guess they crank it up to get more chill there. The result is that the customers are freezing. Watched two guys go outside to sit even though it had just rained and chairs and tables were wet. At least they were warmer.

We love Potbelly's! I'm from Chicago and was so happy to have another Chicago staple here. My only concern is order accuracy. I'm ok if the service is a little slow as long as my order is correct. After all, it's not a 'real' fast food place so people are ok if orders take time.

Always great service here, usually very clean as well.

Pork bbq sandwich didn't have as much flavor today. But did love it on the crusty bread. Will try it again.

Friendly people pleasent atmosphere live music take me back to where I lived in Bolder Colorado
