Try $7.99 half sandwich and cup of soup combo. Ordered chicken pot pie soup quite delicious. And sandwiches, Italian which was pretty good too. Overall can't go wrong under $10 lunch budget menu in downtown Cleveland.

Really good place, way better than competition!

The store has a very cool atmosphere and the employees that work there are all very friendly and seem to enjoy themselves. The food is delicious and I’ve never seen it crowded enough for long wait times. Great spot for a quick and tasty lunch.

Service was good. Clean. Food was just ok. Not impressed. Not a chain I will be going back to.

I'm a regular and have always found the staff to be warm and welcoming and super efficient. There was someone new this morning and it was not a good experience.

The food is great. However the customer service sucked. Young lady adding the condiments doesn’t add what you ask for and she stand there like she mad at the world.

The food is lovely. I had a Skinny Mushroom Melt and a side of Mac and Cheese. Both items were hot and cheesy, overall really tasty. The atmosphere of the place is really nice and casual. The reason I'm giving Potbelly a 3 star is the service. People can make or break an otherwise great experience, and that's what happened here. Things were chaotic and the employees were indifferent and even disrespectful. If that doesn't really matter to you, this place is still worth a visit, especially if they hire better employees.

They gave me the wrong sandwich, then didn't put the toppings on my sandwich I asked for.

We ordered 4 sandwiches and cookies on line, three of which we added avocado and one with extra meat and avocado. Well the sandwich that was supposed to have extra meat was missing the extra meat and avocado. No big deal, my husband took the sandwich back in to be fixed. The young lady had my husband wait while she prepared a new sandwich. Very nice young ladies, but they left the plastic on the meat!! Very unpleasant l. We noticed it when we got home but they were closed by then! Very disappointed!
