great breakfast sandwiches and oatmeal

Potbelly's has the best oatmeal chocolate chip cookies so save room fro dessert when you eat here! The food quality is consistent and reasonably priced for a quick and consistent Loop lunch. I love their new mediterranean chicken sandwich which comes with a seasoned hummus (with a kick!)

For a great lunch stop in at Potbelly Sandwich Shop, 303 W Madison St, Chicago, IL 60606 and enjoy. The chili here is also really good so try that if you're up for it.

stopped in on a monday i think. i look forward to going back again. this place has a nice design. they have so many great reviews for a reason.

Bonus star for the corporate reply. Frankly the original 2-star review was based in a single breakfast at said location that did not sit well while also feeling unwelcome entering the plaza and during ordering; despite my understanding of my rather grungy appearance while strolling through the financial district that morning.

Very friendly customer service

Service is exceptional! The gals behind the counter really know what they are doing. The food is fun and seasonal (blueberry maple breakfast sandwich... whaaat?). I highly recommend the frozen pink lemonade. Prices are reasonable - a shocker for a downtown food establishment. I would come back here again and again!
