Potbelly Sandwich Shop

Just ordered a sandwich and didn’t realize that they had put hot peppers in my sandwich until I got home. This is the SECOND TIME this location has added hot peppers to my sandwich that I didn’t ask for and that aren’t included in the sandwich unless you ask. I have not had this problem with any other locations and will definitely not come back.

I visited the store in Andersonville today. My visit was very pleasant. The staff was friendly and fast. I had the wreck sandwich and broccoli cheddar soup. Both were delicious. I will go back again soon.

Work in the area, at least once a week we order from potbelly, I dont think I have every received an order that was completely correct. Its always we forgot the cookies or a drink or a completely wrong sandwich with someone elses name on it. I call and they are sorry but here I am with this dry sandwich and no drink, I dont want a refund I want the drink!!
