Employees were friendly. Food was ok. Nothing wrong, but nothing special. Hot peppers are good but very hot. Decent prices.

I luv potbelly!! It is most def one that is overlooked by me sometimes..every sandwich I've tried has never let me down..I highly recommend their chocolate malt!!

Food is good. I don't like that they ask you matter of fact if you want "bacon or mushrooms" as if it's included in the price. Then you get to the end of the register and they up charge you for them. Seems deceitful. They should make it more clear that those are extra. Also, I have a large party of people, they all buy different subs. I get to the register and the guy asks me what everyone had. Shouldn't they already know? They made the subs and I already told them once.

Great food friendly service

I'm vegan and they always make the sandwiches the way I like them. Humous is the best.

The staff was friendly and helpful towards a first time customer. The interior was well kept and clean. Would recommend for a quick bite.

This company took 20 million in PPP loans set aside for small businesses. They should have saved some money instead of causing true small businesses to go under. Won't eat here ever again.

Not a ton of options. Sandwich reminded me alot of a quiznos so on the better side but still nothing to write home about. The soup was amazing. Pricing I would say is on the slightly higher side for my tastes. Overall mediocre.

My 2nd time there and once again fantastic subs. only reason for not getting 5 stars was they were out of the soup I ordered. However they were just finishing a new batch and said they'd bring it out. They got busy and didn't bring it out and I finished my sub. Went to counter, they apologized and gave me a bowl instead of cup... still give 4 stars for friendly service and good food.

Great service good subs. These guys do an amazing job and always love going to eat here. They even know me enough to when I come up and make an order and slightly change my toppings they ask me if I'm sure I don't want my usual. If that dose not speak to about how much they care about what they do I don't know what dose. And oh btw if your ever feeling crazy for a hot and Spicey sub order their hot peppers I always order a lot extra on my subs. Love the place and the food could not recommend it enough. And oh a sub suggestion would be the "A wreck" Great flavor. All around 5 star joint.

Ordered the prime rib sandwich and the Mediterranean chicken sandwich both sandwiches were good excellent service. The cookies were great could have had a fuller sandwich menu but seem like they would made to order whatever I wanted. Nice quiet lunch atmosphere we enjoyed the interior.

Been enjoying Potbelly since 2000 or so.... so happy they opened one in GB!

Potbelly is decent. Nothing crazy special but good for fast food
