Potbelly Sandwich Shop

If you don't like Potbelly's I really don't know how to convince you otherwise.

Came to this Pot Belly today before boarding my train. It was terrible. 1. The workers don’t greet you nicely they just want you to say what you want and leave.2. I repeatedly told the guy no pickles and he put pickles on my sandwich. He also was very stingy with the toppings/sauce. Essentially I had a DRY sandwich. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a Pot Belly.3. The cashier seemed like he had an attitude. 2 starts because the only good thing I got here was a cookie & soda 😒

Would have order something but the 6 employees were to busy without no customers. Waited for 4 min and left. They were more concerned about poster's. This happen 5/7 @ 3pm. Great job to the manager on duty.

This Potbelly is very quick at lunch time and the sandwich prices are extremely reasonable. Even when the line is long at lunch time, they move through the orders very quickly. You'll be in and out in no time.

Great chilli

I was visiting from out of town and options were limited because of the virus. I tried this place. I got a skinny turkey and Swiss with a pickle. I'm not expecting red carpet treatment, but the guy who took my order was not polite or welcoming. He also forgot my pickle. Maybe he's better suited in the kitchen of a McDonald's flipping burgers rather than being involved with customers? The girl who made my sandwich was nice and polite. The sandwich was nothing to write home about.

Incredibly slow service even though it wasn’t busy, apathetic staff

The food was great, but the staff is rude. I approached the register to ask the cashier a question and she replied by correcting me saying that she doesn't talk to people who don't say hi how are you. I don't believe myself to be a rude person, but when I'm in a hurry I put formalities aside and remain polite as I can. I don't think it's an employees place to tell me what to do in that context, but I loved the food

Very disappointed! Watered down soup and wrong sandwich order. A bunch of bread and hardly any chicken when I ask for turkey.

I've been to this location 3 times and have had the same experience each time. The sandwiches are good but the staff here is horrible. Each time I've been here, the cashier has not talked to me and has barely made eye contact. After I pay he pretty much throws a receipt at me and a bag so I can bag my sandwich and drink myself. Each time I've been there, the cashier and other staff members are literally yelling in the store at each other having a conversation and laughing. It is truly amazing how rude the staff is here.

I like the food here. Not any better or worse than a standard Potbelly. They do a good job with crowds. They get orders in before you reach the kiosk.

Easy to find across from CAVA. Good sandwiches a tab bit more expensive than a Potbelly located outside of Union Station.

Had some time before my connection. Service was fast and friendly. Sandwich was well made and wrapped up just right. Glad I stopped here for dinner.

Saw Potbellys while on a layover thought I would give it a try. The young man taking my order was so busy trying to see what was going on around him with his co-workers, very inattentive. Had to repeat myself too many times as to how I wanted my sandwich made finally gave up . Subway here I come.
