The bad reviews really surprise me. I've been going to this location for over 2 years, all times of day. I have only ever had great experiences and so have my friends. This is my favorite location, and it is always clean and the employees are bomb. Never been ignored or had an issue. Overpriced?? Um if this is overpriced, let me know where you're eating please! Anywhere I can get lunch for two under $30 is awesome in my book, especially good food. Grilled chicken and cheddar, bacon, mushrooms all the way. Keep up the good work, so glad your shop is in my neighborhood!

For some reason THIS Potbelly never serves foods that taste as good as the other locations. Same menu yes...however it just taste "off" to me. I tried twice, yeah I'm good on not returning. I'd much rather prefer the PenQuater location. Now they make awesome tasting everything. Perhaps its Jamal (owner) who taught the staff there to just overall do better and they by far are the best PB on my opinion.

Tiny little sandwiches, tiny bowls of soup, you don’t get your money’s worth here. Also the service line was disorganized and confusing for customers.

Consistent in taste and service

I have to say that I have dined at every single potbellys in Washington, DC and many in Maryland and Virginia and this my friends is by far the worst. The staff sucks, they're rude. I've been to this location a total of 4 times and 3 out of the 4 times there were verbal altercations between the employees and the patrons. They've gotten my order wrong all 4 times I've been there, it's crazy. They take so long to process the order. It's really ridiculous, I could understand if they were understaffed but there are 5 people behind the counter and the manager is floating. National Harbor does it with 4 and it's usually always busy when I go to that location. The food obviously is the same quality it is good that's the reason why I gave it a 2 star rating instead of a 1 star rating. I would not recommend this location to my worst enemy. This is truly the black sheep store of the Potbelly franchise.

The employees were very sweet, patient, and helpful. The sandwich was a little small for the price but still tasted really good.
