This is by far the best sandwich place I've ever been to & I've been to a lot of places. (I'm a motorcoach Operator & take people on tours around the USA and Canada).I will definitely be eating here again. Food & Service was OUTSTANDING!I ordered the "Wreck" & added Bacon (mmmm delicious).

As I walked in I noticed right away the passion these people posses, they love biological engineering more than anything in the world, its truly amazing to see such talent. Also it takes 5 years to get a sandwich.

This was our first time ever eating at a Potbelly's Sandwich Shop. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Even though nearly everyone in the joint could probably see that we were "first timers" all the employees were very nice and accommodating and helped us through the process. They never got angry at us nor short with us. The food was amazing. We told ourselves that we were only going to eat half of our food so that we would save some for later in the day, however, when we started eating, it was too tasty to put down! We ended up eating all of our food and wished that we could have tried it again after we left the area!

Great service and great food as always. I highly recommend the hot peppers which are super tasty on the "Bigs" Turkey! Yum! also the shakes are amazing! delicious food!

The food is great and the place is cool, BUT employees are extremely rude and unhelpful to people. Next time I’m in DC, I will definitely NOT come eat here. There are places with better service AND food. Places where people wear smiles and can actually act like they enjoy their jobs.
