Best place in Shibuya to try Spaghetti Napoleon. Small place with ordering at the machine by the door. Ask for English menu and assistance if needed.

Might not be the most authentic place for Italian pasta, but it is one of the most cost effective. The restaurant is on the second floor of the building. You order from a machine (cash only). The place isn't that big and all seats face the window with a grand view of the Pachinko place next door. Pasta is cooked fresh and the prices for the portions are affordable. I usually get two small pasta plates for a variety of flavors.

Great pasta for a decent price. It's one of those ticketed restaurants where you choose your entree at a vending machine. Once you insert your money, you have to start by selecting the type of noodles you want (flat or round noodles). I chose the round option (pictured here) but recommend choosing the flat one for the crab pasta that I got. Still delicious regardless!
