A great place to grab a drink and some food in Davis Square. Their sister restaurants in Davis Square Painted Burro and Rosebud and great as well.

Great service and the place has good vibes. Food was hit or miss. The pastas and mussels were really good. Pizza was average. Didn't like the calamari. Desert and wine were great. The place is very busy during the weekend, I would highly recommend reservations. Also the area is very happening outside specially on the weekends.

Fantastic spot to sit outside, enjoy a glass of sangria, fill up on bread and enjoy delicious Italian food and pizza. Nice blend of casual and classy, ok to wear jeans or dress up. Service was top notch.

A very cozy, warm, and welcoming atmosphere. Quickly discovered that two dollar signs on Yelp in Boston is the equivalent of three dollar signs in DC -- all entrees (other than pizza) were priced in the mid to high 20s. Nevertheless, the food was very good. I had the pappardelle, which came in a flavorful marsala sauce that included mushrooms, chopped veggies, butternut squash, and sage. I thought the sauce needed a little more salt, but I can understand that others might have preferred it as presented. The rest of the group (6 of us in total) had gnocchi with short rib ragu sauce, carbonara spaghetti, and the chicken, and all were very pleased. Total for 6 with 3 alcoholic drinks and 3 non-alcoholic drinks and not including tip was $209. Service was excellent and especially friendly.

My dad is a super picky restaurant go-er but Posto lived up to the hype. Home made pasta in the perfect sauce, perfectly cooked salmon in the yummiest broth, great service and the best tiramisu I've ever had. Also, their bread was unbelievable - hot and fresh out of the oven! Highly recommend, this is my favorite spot in Davis hands down for a special treat ($$). Thank you for a great night on the town!

On the pricy end, but great for a date or special occasion. The food was amazing and we didn't leave hungry.

We had a great experience here: the service was quick, attentive, and friendly, and the food was amazing. I only put 4 stars because this place was so loud! This may not bother others but for us it was headache inducing. I did appreciate the cute little candle they put in my friend's dessert for her birthday. I would eat here again because the food was great, but would probably come at an off time so it's a little more mellow.

Great pizza place in Davis Square.I highly recommend their margherita: a truly authentic Neapolitan speciality.

Pricey, premium pasta and pizza purveyor. Excellent certified authentic Margherita pizza from the Wood-fired pizza oven. The calamari and arancini were both excellent as well. Craft cocktails with creative names and creative flavors. All the food we had here was top notch and delicious. For Italian food North of the North end this is an easy pick.

Posto is one of my favorite restaurants in Davis Sq. The gluten free options are not plentiful but the staff are willing to work with me every time. The environment is upscale with a beautiful wooden bar and furnishings. Great place for after work drinks or dinner out. I’ve always enjoyed my meals here.
