After a long day of exploring wanted to drink and chill. Enjoy the cocktails and awesome bar tenders. If you want good cocktail and relaxing conversation come here. No place in Oahu, Hawaii can match this place for the combo of view and awesome cocktail. ( In Oahu, Bar Leather App. & Lewers Lounge can compete with the cocktail, but these places have no view like 22nd Lounge. Top of Waikiki don't know how to make good cocktail)

I have been to better places. The view is nice but still quite limited. The food is decent, nothing speciel. Very limited options to choose from the menu card in my opinion.

One waiter was great, another was awful, making it average service. Meh atmosphere.The signature cocktail was really bland too. Not even remotely worth the effort; it's just an average place pretending to be more than what it is.I would advise to look elsewhere.
