Veal was excellent, pasta should have been drained better, salad was wet and limp

Wish I'd tried this place years ago, because it's become one of my favorites. Haven't had a dish I didn't like yet, and my coworkers are of a similar mind. Love that you can have your meal cooked to order too -- no mushrooms? no problem!

Great food, fast service, big portions

we didn't have to wait which was nice. the waiter was awesome and served us immediately. first negative thing was i got served a very dirty glass of water. the rim of the glass had lip marks and the surface of the water had a very noticeable sheen of oil on the surface. the next negative thing was the chicken marsala had a lot of wine in the sauce. in fact it was so much that it was the only thing i smelled when i got to the table. the chicken parm was good though. i will return in hopes this was a one time thing.

Food was very good. Priced right

At all of the locations around Charlotte that I have ordered from, the food and service has always been top notch. Nice cozy atmosphere too. Did I mention how awesome their pizza is? Portofino's isn't too pricey or uppity. Just right. Never heard anyone say they didn't enjoy their food here. Always a treat when I eat here.

Sorrento pasta dish was good. Margherita pizza was decent. Friendly service.

It was a good lunch. Good place to hang out. Seen a variety of age groups which makes a good feeling about the food we eat. Its friendly.

Reservations suggested. Food was decent, and there was plenty of it. Unfortunately my date and I were seated at the table right next to the doors leading to the patio seating and not only was it very distracting with people frequently going in and out, it was also breezy and cold.
