Port City Java has been waking up Wilmington, NC since 1995. Nestled in the heart of historic downtown, our first café quickly became a hub for coffee lovers in the community. Our admittedly simple goals were to bring great, fresh-roasted coffee to our neighbors with the help of a charming but ever mischievous 15-kilo Ambex roaster. Port City Java has evolved and grown to operate over 30 cafes as well as its own bakery, roastery and distribution center since then. We look forward to seeing you soon!

Great coffee ... great service! Got lost on the way to our campground and asked for directions. Complicated instructions so the manager (finishing her shift) actually drove and had us follow her there! Nearly 5 miles ...... definitely above and beyond!

The baristas here are amazing and everyone has ALWAYS been so helpful and friendly. Everyone has always gone far beyond any expectations I would ever have. All orders have been put together perfectly and with a smile. I could never say enough about this location, staff, and it’s management. All top notch! You are truly missing out if you don’t swing in for a visit.

Good food, a bit pricer than I'm used to but it's a super cool place to be in. Definitely recommended!
