Bagels for every order are used to prepare tasty sandwiches. Good assortment of bagels. Sort of a fast food restaurant but with a little class added. Great lunch spot on Providence Rd. Parking available.

Showed up to this place 30 MINUTES before closing and they tell me their grill is closed and they can’t make my order. Never going back to this place. Also it’s absolutely filthy inside. Don’t go here.

Great bagels; meat sandwiches NOT comparable to NY/NJ

Good bagels, Average Coffee , Breakfast is decent. Expect long lines on weekends.

Yes, I watched that other bagel from the top basket of plain bagels fall on the floor when you grabbed one. Yes I watched you pick it up, put it on the cutting board and proceed to slice it and take it to the cook in the kitchen. Yes I watched another employee with gloves handle money and credit cards, make herself a drink at the coffee station while wearing the gloves, and then handle food. Yes all of the above was most disturbing and why I requested a refund when my order FINALLY came out long after others who ordered after me got their orders. Under normal circumstances all of the above is disturbing. During a national pandemic....revolting.

The bagel was good. But the place was not very clean, and service was poor. I was practically yelled at to hurry to pay, while there was a slow moving lady in front of me with a huge tray trying to collect her things to get out of the way. I felt rushed and awkward in trying to grab my food pay my bill and not be in the ladies way. It definitely has a very upstate, fast paced, small space, “get out of the way” kind of feel. But as a southern native, I prefer a southern down home feel. Disappointing...since it came pretty highly recommended. Not sure if I’ll have a return visit.

Crowded, but only what you would expect on a Sunday morning. The line moved fairly quickly. Bagel was excellent.

Poppy's is still open for take out. Love this shop and getting my morning Bagel. Makes life feel that much more normal right now. But they are always prompt and courteous with your order.

The best bagels around. Feels like I’m in ny. Great selection and variety. The salt bagels are fantastic.

Excellent service. The girls working were great. Very friendly and sociable. They got a chuckle bc i wanted only the "puffy" bagels. And they made sure that's what I got. Definitely true NY bagels. Huge and delicious. Still extremely fresh at noon!!

Great bagel place. True New York style. Def best in Charlotte and on par with the best bagel places around. Very busy on a sat morning but line moves well. Large selection of breakfast items. Would love if they offered some more vegan/dairy free options.

One business that understands customer service. They forgot to put something in my lunch, I went back the next morning and they gave me a couple bagels, as well as the item that they left out. Well done Poppy's.

Excellent white fish salad, Nova lox, other wonderful salads. Everything is FRESH. and made to order. So many kinds of bagels too. Glad I found it. Very hard to find white fish salad and lox in Charlotte. If you like these things, you will keep coming back.
